We have established our small local family run company from the late 1990’s starting off with 1 man and a van growing into a small fleet of 7 running vans, which still all push our values of a small local family run company. At The Aerial Man, we thrive to offer you everything in relation to your television and audio needs, offering you the highest possible level of service at affordable prices.
Our friendly office team are on hand 24 hours a day to deal with your calls, to arrange with one of our professional engineers to come direct to your property at a time to suit you for a free 1-to-1 consultation and offer you a free quotation to have everything working, exactly how you’d like it.
All of our certified engineers carry identification cards which they will be more than happy to show you on request, and all drive signed vehicles, so you know you’re getting the highest possible service, direct from us, your local TV aerial and satellite specialists.
In 2011, we became official Humax trade partners, a top high street brand who offers the best quality Freeview and Freesat boxes and recordable PVR’s. Winning countless amounts of awards including Which? and What Hi-Fi awards. As we now deal directly to Humax, we can offer you the most competitive deals on all of their products; including their new YouView and Freetime recordable PVRs with online catch-up boxes.
We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.
To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.
In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible. Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which?
